Can't Find Your Order?

What is the meaning of Order Status terms?
  • Backorder - Product is currently not available.
  • Cancelled - Order was not processed.
  • Closed - All line items in this order have been shipped.
  • Open - Order has not been received by customer.
  • Shipped - Line item has left our warehouse.
  • Order Date -The date your order was input into our computer system. This is done after Xerox receives your signature on the order.
  • Promise Date - The date Xerox estimates for the delivery of your order.
  • Scheduled Delivery Date - The date you and the carrier (the delivery company) have scheduled for the delivery of your order.
  • Order Processed Date - The date your order passed validation was released for fulfillment.
  • Shipped to Carrier Date - The date your order was shipped to the Carrier (the delivery company) from our warehouse.
  • Carrier Receipt Date - The date your order was received at the Carrier( the delivery company) in your area.
  • Installed Date - The date your order was completed and the equipment was installed.
Why can't I find my order?
  • Item could have been ordered using a different customer number. Please try updating your profile with another customer number.
  • Our service does not recognize the information you provided. Your customer number and zip code must match what is already on file. Please retry your entry.
  • Order status is maintained for a 30 day period. Orders processed outside that window will not appear.
What orders are not accessible through the Order Status service?
  • Some printer or facsimile equipment products orders
  • Some printer or facsimile equipment supply orders
  • Orders placed through Xerox Authorized Resellers and Distributors

Yes, the status of orders placed online or via telephone may be checked using the Order Status system.
