Whether moving across the hall or across the country, Via Xerox will coordinate the move of your Xerox equipment safely and efficiently. Contact a Via Xerox Equipment Relocation Specialist at 800-979-7356 for more information. In addition to placing move requests via the phone and Xerox.com portal, VIA Xerox customers can now email their requests to ViaXerox@xerox.com where a dedicated representative will coordinate new move requests.

Equipment Relocation

It's easy to start the relocation process! Simply submit a machine serial number for verification, then fill out the online request form. Within 24 hours of submitting the necessary information, a Via Xerox Relocation Specialist will fax you a quote and Move Agreement. Once we receive the signed Agreement, Via Xerox will begin processing your move.

Why use Via Xerox?

Via Xerox uses only Xerox-trained carriers, assuring that your equipment is packed and moved according to Xerox specifications. If additional technical support is required to assure the safety of your equipment, Via Xerox will coordinate with your local carrier to alert your service technician of the move. And because Via Xerox is linked to the Xerox account databases, using Via Xerox will also ensure that your Xerox equipment records are updated.

Let Via Xerox carry the equipment and the liablity.
Because these trained carriers handle your Xerox equipment throughout the country, your current Xerox Maintenance Agreement allows Xerox to assume full liability during the move. (Please refer to your final Move Agreement for complete disclosure of liability.)

How long will it take to move my equipment?
Once we've received your signed Move Agreement, we will coordinate with Xerox Sales and/or Service, if required. Your local Xerox carrier will then call to confirm your move date. The length of time required depends on the type of equipment, the location of the equipment and the distance of the move.

After your equipment move please contact the Customer Business Center at 1-888-339-7887 to have your customer records updated.
